Delete Your Account and Associated Data
If you no longer wish to use the Decision Matrix (DM) app, you can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.
How to delete your account:
To delete your account:

1. Open the Decision Matrix (DM) app.
2. Open the menu (hamburger icon ☰).
3. Select **Delete Account**.
4. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within **7 days**.
Data that will be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be removed:

- Account information (such as name, email address, and profile data)
- Decision history, saved matrices, scenarios, and user-generated inputs
- App preferences and configuration settings
Data that may be temporarily retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where legally required or necessary for legitimate operational purposes:
  • Anonymous technical logs (retained for up to 30 days for security monitoring and troubleshooting)
  • Payment and transaction records, if applicable (retained for up to 180 days or longer if required by applicable law)
  • All retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
